Peoples’ Action for
Development (PAD) is a
registered CBO which is formed by young dedicated men and
women as a voluntary endeavour primarily as a social
service institution based on non-profit basis ,having non
political nature and to make variety of social, economical
and educational services available so as to reach the
marginalized Adivasis and tribal . PAD is
independent organization with legal requirements.
It has initiated a participatory approach in the
development process through empowerment of the rural poor
and the marginalized community of the locality for
sustainability of the development process in the area.
Empowerment means access and control over resources,
information, decision making and developing confidence to
achieve integrated development – development in social,
economic, educational, cultural and spiritual.
