How long have you been working with PAD, and what is your role?

I joined PAD in 2018 as a Project Coordinator, before tranisitioning into my current role.

For you, what is the best thing about working for PAD?

We work as a family, and our director is the best person I have met in my life. He has given us opportunities and exposure to external links to develop our knowledge and skills.
