On 23-24th June, People's Action for Development hosted capacity-building training for school teachers engaged in remedial teaching centres in Lakhimpur District, Assam.
Teaching in remedial centres presents unique challenges, so additional training is an excellent opportunity to give teachers the skills and tools needed to excel in their roles.
This training was supported by the Malala Fund's Education Champion Network, and forms part of PAD's project, Improvement Of Girl Child Education In The Tea Garden Areas Of Lakhimpur.
